 Congratulations on your new home purchase. As a state licensed home inspector, I follow the Standards of Practice set by the State of Wisconsin. I also conduct Rental Weatherization inspections for income property and radon tests. My on-site report uses an easy to read checklist format with space for important comments. I also include a 128 page manual titled "Home Systems Guide" and "Home Inspectors Guide". Both of these guides contain important information for you as a home buyer.
I will sit down with you and explain how a home operates and help you structure a preventative maintenence program. You need to be comfortable with your buying decision.
